Rent a room in Peoria

I am a 23 year old male who works at an Engineering Firm full time. I have a German Shepherd dog and a fish tank. If you have an animal it's welcome if its well behaved and gets along with my dog. The house is a 1550 Square Foot house with a large living room, dining room and kitchen. The house is completely furnished except for the bedroom. There is a 3rd bedroom used as an office which you may used as an office or work space as well. The neighborhood is pretty quiet with easy access to stores and restaurants and close range to Glendale Community College. I am looking for a quiet and friendly roommate.
