Rent a room in Southeast

I have a separate room available for rent in Fountain Square. It is a duplex. My bedroom is upstairs, the second bedroom is on the main floor. All utilities are included (Electric, Gas, Sewer, water and Internet). Shared bathroom. Fenced in backyard with privacy fence. Room can be furnished if you prefer. room has closet in it, couch, bed TV and entertainment center. Whole duplex does have central heating and cooling.House is available October 14th, but I can be flexible if you want to move in sooner. I can also be flexible with payment and go week to week or Month to month. Security deposit of 250 and first months rent required upon moving in.
