Rent 5 bedroom house in Murrieta

Beautiful home bath home. Will only be occupied by 1 owner and 1 dog. Looking for at least 1 roommate who will have their own room, bathroom, loft living room area, and shared kitchen/laundry. All utilities will be included. I have attached pictures from my recent showing when I was trying to sale my home. Please be advised, the furniture is not the same and the bedroom for rent is not furnished. Garage is EV equipped as well. If storage space is needed or additional room space, price can be negotiated to accommodate needs. Pets can be considered on a case by case basis.I work M-F and usually am doing house work on my off time when I am not in the gym. I do not smoke or do drugs. I am looking for someone to rent at least for 12months and willing to complete a background check.
