Rent a room of 12 m² in Arlöv

We have a student accommodation in Åkarp. There is room for 6 students in a separate part of our house. Everyone has their own bedroom but share the kitchen, toilets and laundry room. Our house is located in a residential area and it takes about 10 minutes by bike to SLU in Alnarp, 15 minutes by bus to central Malmö and Lund, and there are both trains and buses from Åkarp.
You bring your own duvet, pillow, bed linen and towels. The room is basic furnished, but you bring everything personal with you. In the kitchen you have your own shelves and the kitchen is equipped with the basic set for you to use.
The rent includes electricity, water, heating, Wi-fi and cleaning materials. We take a monthly rent as a deposit, which is refunded when you move out.
