Rent 3 bedroom house in San Diego

Looking to split a full 3 BR, 2BA beautiful house in Serra Mesa, $2,250 per month with all utilities included. The other roomie is moving in with her boyfriend. We would each have our own private room and split the 3rd bedroom and would essentially each have our own bathroom as well. Can do $2500 plus utils for a couple or if someone wants two rooms. Available December 1st, but can work with someone if needed a little before then. I’m a young professional in my early 40’s, very young at heart and still enjoy having fun. I love to make earrings, craft and create art. I enjoy concerts and live music and go to the beach and fiesta island a lot with my dog. I also take her to work with me every day. We are looking for a roomie to enjoy this beautiful house and big back yard with! Already one dog here, she’s 12 but she’s young at heart too, and we are open to another furry friend, the yard is great for dogs. There’s a lot of storage in the garage and an extra storage shed on the side of the house. Amenities include: Dishwasher, washer/ dryer in the garage, central heat and A/C, driveway and street parking, full kitchen, great patio in the backyard. 420 friendly, no cigarettes though.
