Rent a room in San Diego

Hello, I am looking to rent out a private bedroom and full bathroom in my condo to a responsible individual or couple to move in ASAP. Bedroom & bathroom are on opposite sides of the house. Full kitchen and living room privileges, new washer & dryer, own dedicated parking space in gated complex, pool & jacuzzi, small gym. Right off of the 5 freeway, walking distance to Walmart, stores, restaurants and trolley. I do have an older maltipoo and a cat but they are usually In my room or on the balcony.
