Rent a room in San Diego

Hello, I am looking to rent out a bedroom with own full bathroom in my condo to a responsible individual or couple to move in ASAP. Full kitchen and living room privileges, washer & dryer, own dedicated parking space in gated complex. I do have an older maltipoo and a cat but they are usually In my room or on the balcony.
