Rent a room in San Diego

1 bedroom apartment. Looking for someone interested in renting a room in Downtown San Diego in the East Village area. My current roommate is leaving on December 30th. I will stay in the dining area on the couch. The apartment is 500+ sq ft. Has a balcony and outside storage. The building has a gym and rooftop. Also has a workspace in the lobby. I own a cat and am friendly. I work a lot and do events/ entertainment so someone who is cool with that is a must! The bathroom is shared but you will have access to it from the bedroom.
