Seeking conscientious, responsible individual.The house is in a quiet neighborhood in North Carlsbad that backs up to the Hosp Woods open space area and is very close to shopping, grocery stores, a couple of gyms, schools, Bio-Tech Beach North, restaurants, etc. It's a great location in a nice community. The house itself is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath split-level with a full garage, washer /dryer, fenced backyard, vaulted ceilings, fireplace. The available room (unfurnished) is roughly 10 x 12 and is in the downstairs area (not a basement) that opens onto the backyard. The room shares a clean and tidy bath cleaned by both tenants every other week. Seeking quiet, clean and respectful, pickup/ cleanup after ourselves and are looking for the same. The rent is $1,160. with a $1,160. deposit. With utilities (gas/electric and Internet) the monthly cost averages $60-80.No pets or couples & will need a 1yr lease.Looking for an individual who is conscientious & thoughtful living with others.Please describe yourself, lifestyle, what you do for a living, etc. in your response.
