I have an unfurnished room for rent that comes with your own bathroom in a gated apt complex. We have a wash and dryer. We have a dishwasher. You will have space in the living room for. Your tv/couch ect. We have 2 balconies one in the kitchen and one in the living room. A 2 car garage, so you can have one parking space. There is a sliding door in your room. There is a walk in closet and a storage closet in your room. The entire apartment is on the second floor but the entrance and the garage is on The 1st floor. Utilities are included in your rent. Amenities are 24hr gym and 2 24hr pools with grilling areas/picnic areas.
