I’m looking for 1 or 2 roommates for my penthouse 3bed room apartment in the Lantera building in Boston Landing neighborhood of Brighton.The apartment is stunning - with floor to ceiling windows, high end appliances, and 9.5 ft ceilings throughout. Washer/dryer and dishwasher in the apartment; and on the 17th floor with spectacular views North and West.Open to renting one of more of the following rooms at various price points - $2500 for “master” bedroom with private bath and large walk-in closet.$2100 for larger of other bed rooms, with another very large closet (shared bath).$1900 for smaller of other bed rooms (shared bath).The apartment can be available immediately.I’ll add some photos right now, but there is a great video of this apartment on YouTube if you search “3br Penthouse Lantera”I currently occupy the apartment by myself, and I am here less than half the time, so I am looking for someone(s) to keep the place up when I travel for work/family obligations.The building is also amazing - residents have access to a rooftop deck and lounge, a pool, a 25 hour gym, conference and study rooms, and a game room, to name a few. Building also has package concierge, an indoor dog area, and very responsive management.Parking is available in the garage under the building for an additional cost.(Unfortunately, the building has a policy against renting to undergraduate students)
