Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Magnolia Center

apartment upstairs. Assigned off street parking, gated community, elevators onsite, plenty of laundry rooms, a small gym, and a big pool. I'm a professional that works from home 2 days a week. I myself never have company but won't mind if you do occasionally. I'm looking for a professional roommate that works day shift outside of the home. The room will have a TV with Netflix. I do have a cat but not accepting anymore animals. I keep the place clean & have air purifiers so the air is clean too. Very quiet here and real quiet time starts a couple of hours before midnight.I also cook a lot of meals and always share with the tenant so if you don't cook you will save a couple hundred from not door dashing.. Available Nov 1st. Rent always due on the 1st, no exceptions
