One small bedroom with its own private bathroom. Share townhouse with one senior working female. Has full sized washer and dryer fully equipped kitchen. All utilities are included with the rent. This is a safe, gated community. Private patio is off of the living area. Location is close and convenient to stores, restaurants, bus lines, mall, entertainment. Living here is safe, clean and serene. I am clean and expect others to be considerate and tidy up after themselves. I am pretty mellow and easy to live with and don't do drama. I don't care if you drink, or even smoke (outside). Just no drugs or any kind of abuse.
