Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Milwaukee

Hi, I'm Susie. I'm 44, and I'm looking for a mature, responsible person, with a regular, daytime schedule, to share a 3 bedroom apartment with me and my cat, Wisp. Women and non-smokers are preferred, but I'm open to exceptions if I think it's a good fit. The apartment has two bedrooms off the living room. One of those is mine, and I use the other one as a storage/office space when I work from home. However, I may be open to that becoming more of a shared office space. The third bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, so it's a private setup. The shared kitchen has a built-in microwave and dishwasher, and a small breakfast table. The shared bathroom is large, with a standing shower/steam shower, and a separate whirlpool tub. The apartment is centrally located between two bus lines, and there's no alternate side parking, so you can usually find a spot on the street if you need it.
