This is a very pretty house with a fantastic view. It is however up a long path. I was unsure if I should call it one bedroom or two as one room is really a study but could be used as a bedroom. It is the size of a three bedroom house. I used to live here and when coming home it made me feel as though I was on holiday down the Marlborough Sounds. The house faces North East so it gets great sun. The garden is beautiful and mostly flat. The house was built on an old tennis court. The garden is also very sheltered with giant birds or paradise and loads of lilies and natives.
