Rent a room in Saint Paul

Hello,I am renting out a bedroom in my house in Saint Paul in the boarder of Maplewood. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. The entire house is full furnished (minus the bedroom). The house has a brand new AC/Furnace, high speed internet, fenced in back yard, patio, parking directly in front, and home security system. I live in the basement unit and have one other tenet on the main floor. Looking for someone who is clean and respectful of the property.
