I I am an older gentleman.. I am clean and orderly I expect same in the common areas only. The guest bathroom, which is close to the room to be rented will actually be occupied by the renter about 95 percent. The bedroom is 11x11 and furnished you may opt to have your own furniture. You will have your own parking slot which iis about 5 mins or less walking distance to condo. The neighborhood is quiet I will required a 1 year lease but not opposed to 6 month lease.. the deposit is 650.00 internet and cable are included in the rent.
