Are you looking for a warm, friendly, a quiet place to study, live and work? We are particularly interested in post-doctor students or people who are working. This is a drug, alcohol and smoke free home. There is absolutely no drugs, alcohol or smoking allowed in the home. Also, due to allergies there is NO perfume, hairspray, scented products allowed in the home. Only perfume free laundry detergent is allowed. Located in the community of Ranchlands, which is a NW Calgary community, is a duplex with a very large basement bedroom room that is bright and cheery. It has its own bathroom. The house is clean and bright. Due to safety reasons the exact address will only be given to those who qualify for pre-screening and an in-person interview. The community of Ranchlands is between Dalhousie and Crowfoot plaza. Both have a variety of restaurants and shopping available such as Safeway, Chapters, Boston Pizza, Starbucks and much more. Crowfoot plaza has offer more than 94 brand name stores. Crowfoot Crossing is one of the best shopping place for spend your free time - mall/shopping center has all types of stores - outlets, department, fashion, traditional and more. It has 2 grocery stores, movie theater, chapters, a variety of fast and sit down restaurants. It is approximately a 15 minute walk to Crowfoot plaza. Crowfoot Plaza There is a bus stop about a minute away from the house which will easily connect you to a c-train station. The closest c-train routes are Crowfoot and Dalhousie. “Calgary transit route planning” is a very help website to help you understand how to best get around using the bus. Utilize - *** to determine how long it will take approximately to get to place to place. There are no overnight guests allowed. There are no candles, incense or any flames of any kind in the home. Cooking is only allowed in the kitchen. Quiet hours are from 11pm -7am References are required Having tenant insurance is preferred There is street parking for one’s vehicle. Good communication and proper respect for each other is expected. Everyone is responsible for their own food and cooking. It is expected that people clean up their own messes on a regular basis. It is also expected that people help with household cleaning and to ensure that their space is clean and presentable. One is responsible for their own cable television and telephone usage.
