The duplex flat is fully equipped, with 2 rooms and a bathroom in the top floor with a huge balcony that has a city view. Plus, there is a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor.

The room is on the top floor of the duplex flat which is the fifth-floor apartment. Amenities include shared facilities include living room, kitchen, balcony, and utility space. Bills including (except natural gas bill; it will be shared among three people who will live in the flat).

The room has a bed, a sofa, a desk, a small bookcase on the wall, and a white board.

The location is at one of the centres of the Europian side, Kasımpaşa-Beyoğlu. Bus station (2 minutes) and Şişhane Subway (10 minutes by walking) Taksim (15 minutes by walking) are close to the apartment and take you directly to every corner of Istanbul.

There are 3 private rooms and there will be a total of 3 people living in the flat.

I am Turkish who has been working for non-profit organizations as project manager. The other housemate is also Turkish girl and works as a graphic designer.
