Rent 1 bedroom apartment in Phoenix

I’m looking for a responsible person to rent my spare room. My current Roomate is moving out this week. The apt is fully furnished aside from the room for rent which only has a TV on a stand with a fire stick. The apartment is in a small complex very quiet nice neighbors with all the amenities. I work overnights and I sleep during the day. I have two very sweet dogs and that’s the limit so no more pets are allowed, I do smoke in my bedroom The bedroom for rent has a private bath there’s a patio. I have a garage for Storage and I’m looking for someone ASAP.
