Hi All! My name is Ally and I’m looking to rent out a room in my 2-bed, 1-bath apartment. The room is average sized (pics and vid added - room is unfurnished) and the bathroom is shared. Really looking for another working professional that’s chill, respectful, and pays rent on time. Women/non-binary only preferably for safety reasons. 10 mins from downtown Phx and a short 15mins from Tempe - really great location. Rent is $815 including utilities.
