Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Phoenix

Renting out a bedroom in our apartment in Deer Valley, with an attached bathroom to yourself! The apartment itself is about 1200sq ft. The room is 12x12 & is furnished but if you have your own furniture we could move things into storage. A little about us, we are a couple who works 9-5 jobs, and typically gym after work. We cook a lot, are clean, and occasionally have friends over for social gatherings. We are foodies, ex fitness trainers, and we love music festivals. We have a very large but friendly dog with good manners and is very well trained. We do not want anymore pets. The apartment complex also has a pool, a very nice gym, and a clubhouse for entertaining. The rent is $800 a month + utilities that range from $50-75 a month each.
