Rent 2 bedroom apartment in San Diego

Hello, I have a small room for rent in the North Park area. There is one parking spot shared between the both of us. The apartment is right across an elementary school so there is plenty of parking on the street. There is an onsite laundry unit shared with the whole complex. Water is included, we would split the costs of wifi and electricity. The living room is furnished. About me: I am clean, respectful, and drama free. I am looking for the same. Prefer someone who will not be loud during overnight hours and not have too many guests over all the time. I work full-time, 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.Please let me know if you have any questions!
