The sound and heat resistant double-glazed windows in the front open onto a charming juliette balcony facing a pedestrian only street. The tailor-made full-size wardrobe is a space separating art piece that provides privacy to the bedroom area while also serving as a TV console. Quality linens, a double-size bed (m) with a memory foam mattress, topper, and feather pillows provide unparalleled comfort ensuring a restful night’s sleep. ￫ Bathroom The concrete tiled bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, a personal hand shower, large mirror, hairdryer, and heated electric towel railing. ￫ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances (4-plate electric stove, microwave with grill, fridge/freezer and washing machine), kettle, toaster and and a Nespresso coffee machine.
