You can watch the sun set over Paritutu which is beautiful. You can see the distant sea from the living room and Paritutu Rock from the balcony. The fourth room downstairs is a great teenage retreat, my son loved having his own space but also could be utilized as a second lounge or home office. There are two bathrooms that are modern with beautiful big showers with great water pressure. One of the bathrooms also has an oversized bath which a so nice to relax in and easily fits two! There is also a separate toilet. The internal access garage is suitable for one car, plus storage shelves. Additionally, there is a study nook at the bottom of the stairs Will discuss pets as part as the tenancy if they are well looked after / trained. Although the section is not fully fenced.
