If you’re the people we’re looking for you’ll appreciate the finer things in life - like living in a beautiful, fully furnished home on Takapuna beach! You may need temporary accommodation while you build, sojourn in Auckland, New Zealand, or another reason why living in our lovely home would suit you for a while (prefer a min or 3 months - maximum of 1 year depending on start date). Whatever your reason, we’d rather see you enjoying the beautiful Takapuna beachfront than leave our home empty while we don’t need it. Our home is two storey with four bedrooms each with it's own bathroom plus a guest toilet, two east facing decks and lots more that you can see in the photos on this website: Living beachfront is amazing, however it comes with certain things that need to be looked after and there is more to do in Summer - For example; summer sometimes brings easterly storms that blow salt and pohutakawa leaves and needles onto the front decks, windows and even into the sills in the joinery! So that you don't need to worry about any of these and other details we've included ground maintenance, house cleaning inside and out with flexibility so that after any storm your home will be back spick and span as quickly as possible! Although our home is fantastic for entertaining its not the the right place for party animals and it’s really not child friendly being fully furnished with expensive light coloured furnishings and tile stairs! As you would expect, we treasure our beautiful home and have a team that maintain it. Of course there are many details to communicate and agree on, ultimately we look forward to entrusting you with its care and enjoyment.
