Hi all, I'll be moving out shortly and I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The tenancy ends on August 23rd and can be extended. It's a lovely studio for students / working professionals with bills included (except council tax). Free to use washing machine and separate dryer. It has high ceilings, an electric oven and stovetop, fridge / freezer combo, new sofa and desk, the bedroom is cosy with a porthole window. Close to West Street, right by a tram stop, a 10-minute walk to The Moor and around 15 minutes to the train station. There is an ad posted on Rightmove for Studio 2, 96 Trippet Lane.
