Located just one hour from Wellington and 10 minutes from Otaki and Waikanae, it provides a perfect balance of quiet living and accessibility. The house is well-suited for a couple or small family looking for a temporary home for a few months. The property features a main house with a queen bedroom and a second room with a bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top). There is also a spacious, sun-drenched sleep-out with a queen bed, offering extra space for a guest. Utilities are setup, we will invoice you monthly for power, gas and Wi-Fi (fiber) depending on the data plan you prefer. The kitchen is fully equipped - appliances include microwave, oven refrigerator with small freezer and a dishwasher. There is a heat pump in the lounge which heats and cools the house well.
