Small room available. Utilities are included in the rent. Amenities: Refrigerator, dishwasher, food disposal, gas oven/stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, washer and dryer (located in garage). Wireless internet provided at no cost on my behalf. No need to worry about parking, you will have a space in the driveway. You will have a small section in the garage to store some stuff. Tenants share a bathroom, which means between you and the other tenant. There are outdoor security cameras and one watching the main entry for security purposes. Just so you’re aware, the backyard is not mentioned because it belongs to my dog who stays outside. Unfortunately, this listing will not be available to couples, those with children, or those with pets. The room is for one person and one person only. Rent is due at the beginning of the month. All that aside, if you’re interested, I can send you what my lease agreement looks like. Understand that I am the homeowner and landlord so I don’t want my house to end up in worse condition then when you move in. I’m all about principles and respect.
