Other benefits for you: Wireless internet currently provided on my behalf (you can use it or get your own, whatever you prefer), designated parking lane in the driveway that should fit 2 vehicles, a small section in the garage to store any of your bulk belongings. Things to Know: Tenants share a bathroom which means between you and the other tenant, there are outdoor security cameras and one watching the main entry for security purposes, the backyard is not mentioned because it belongs to my dog who stays outside.
