3 rooms house of 27m² in Newark and Sherwood

Double bedroom available in a beautiful 3 bedroom house for 5 nights a week. You will have use of the whole house, with the obvious exception of my room. It is AVAILABLE FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON TO FRIDAY AFTERNOON, as I work away during the week. So effectively, you would need to be away from the property FRIDAY NIGHT TO SUNDAY AFTERNOON. This is because I have my Son staying with me at the weekends. Please note, that you are more than welcome to leave your belongings during the weekend in your room. This would suit a professional working away from home during the week (like me), a postgrad student, someone who likes to stay with friends / family at the weekends or who works away at weekends. The house comprises of - * Spacious double room with en-suite (includes shower) * Access to large shower room. * Fully working kitchen including range cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, large Ninja air fryer, dishwasher etc. * Good sized living room with large reclining corner sofa, 70inch TV, firestick, and arcade game! * Lovely outdoor decking area with lots of seating plus relaxing river frontage for relaxing, paddleboarding, canoeing & fishing. * There's also a weight bench and weights should you wish to use them. * Downstairs toilet. * Off road parking (Driveway).
