Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Oceanside

We are 2 adults and one kid in the house. We want you to feel safe and welcome in our apartment. The kitchen and the living room is for everyone to share! Please note we have 2 cats, no dogs. We are clean people and we have a designated cleaning chart so there is never any confusion. We also labeled the refrigerator and cabinets so that you have a designated area for your food. We like to have game nights, cook, and have beach days. We would like for you to join us for game night! But if you are an introvert that's okay too! We are festive people! We like our wine, board games and having people over every once in a whileIts totally okay with us if you have friends over from time to time. Just gives us a heads up if you need the living room or patio.However, we do only look for 1 roomate, no couples sorry.You have the master bedroom which is at the end of the hall with your own bathroom so you get your privacy. Please be okay with children. My son is a good kid, however every once in a while he has his sassy moments! There are two pools, 1 hot tub, 1 mini gym and 2 laundromats within our apartment complex. There are also shops within walking distance for your convenience.
