Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Obergeschoss eines Gebäudes mit Aufzug und verfügt über eine Dachterrasse. Sie wurde kürzlich frisch renoviert und bietet zwei kleine Bäder (mit Badewanne, zwei Toiletten und Dusche). Es handelt sich um eine 4-Zimmer-Wohnung, wobei ein Zimmer nicht mit vermietet wird. Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für eine Familie. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (DM, Budni, Rossmann, Edeka, Aldi, Netto) sind in weniger als einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Die U-Bahn-Station Hudtwalckerstraße sowie Bushaltestellen befinden sich direkt vor der Tür. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da sie nach hinten ausgerichtet ist. Die Terrasse, das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer bieten daher eine angenehme Ruhe. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, inklusive WLAN (250 Mbit/s). Wasserverbrauch und Stromnutzung sind bei normalem Verbrauch im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Die Benutzung aller Haushaltsgeräte ist selbstverständlich möglich. We are offering our beautiful, bright apartment in the heart of Winterhude for sublease. The rental period extends from November 2024 to the end of March 2025.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator and features a rooftop terrace. It was recently renovated and includes two small bathrooms (with a bathtub, two toilets, and a shower). It is a 4-room apartment, with one room not included in the rental.
The apartment is ideal for a family. Shops (DM, Budni, Rossmann, Edeka, Aldi, Netto) are less than a minute's walk away. The Hudtwalckerstraße U-Bahn station and bus stops are directly in front of the building.
Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet as it faces the back of the building. The terrace, bedroom, and living room offer a peaceful atmosphere.
The apartment is fully furnished, including Wi-Fi (250 Mbit/s). Water consumption and electricity usage are included in the rent, based on normal usage. The use of all household appliances is, of course, possible. Upon request, we can also provide a changing table, bassinet, etc.
