1 room apartment of 63m² in London

I am going to be out of London working for 6.5 weeks from June 1st until July 16th and am looking for someone responsible to sublet my 1 bedroom flat. Ideal for anyone in need of a short term rental. Price is £450 p/w (£2900 total) bills not included. I’m ideally looking for someone to take it for the whole period up until July 16th but am open to other arrangements. Bills are £200 p/m extra and include Council Tax, Water, Gas, Electricity, and Internet. I live alone so you will have the whole apartment to yourself. It's in a secure block in an amazing location on Essex road, N1. My work hours are pretty flexible at the moment and I can organise viewings on most weekdays during the day and evening depending on my work schedule and also potentially on weekends too… happy to begin with a virtual viewing as well if you prefer. Please be aware I require you to sign a short term rental agreement and will also need a photocopy of your passport and the full rent paid upfront plus a security deposit of (£1000) when I hand over the keys. The security deposit will be returned once I have the keys back and can see there has been no damage to my flat/furniture etc... Happy to send you a copy of my passport too for your peace of mind as well. I can also put you in touch with and provide references from previous short-term tenants I have had in the last 12 months.
