We’re the current tenants in this lovely flat but we’re looking to move into a shared house so are looking for someone to take over the tenancy. The flat has a large living area, a bathroom, toilet, an open mezzanine bedroom, a second room that can be used as a bedroom also (the futon in images can be pulled out into a double) or it makes a great office/studio/dressing area. As you can see the features built into the flat are really interesting and we adore it inside, it’s very cozy but also there is so much natural light. There’s even features like a stained glass window and church style lantern areas! There’s built in storage is fun little corners and it’s a really fun place to make your own. The flat is right off Wilmslow road near several bus stops serviced every few minutes by busses into the city centre/uni. 3 min walk from sainsburys and 5 min walk into withington for cafes, pubs, bars and shops as well as a park. The tenancy start date needs to be September but can be negotiated exactly when :) Thanks!
