This is a 1 bedroom flat in Stockwell and it is located on the 7th floor of a 21 Floor apartment block. We cannot take less than £2,250. The building has its own concierge and the flat has a full length balcony that looks over London. There is parking around the property, permits need to be discussed with the Landlord or the Concierge. The tenant(s) must have the Right to Rent and also a combined household income of £60k or higher. There can be 1 person or a couple sharing the bed renting the property. We have completed 8 months of a 2 year tenancy (the tenancy has a 6 month break clause) and we need someone to take over the tenancy.
