Zone 3 , Minutes walk from Streatham Hill station, where you can get a train less than 20 minutes into Central London (London Bridge and Victoria), one stop 5 minutes to Balham underground station, . and other destination include Crystal Palace, Croydon, Kingston etc. A one stop 5 minutes into Balham where you get Northern Line underground too. Brixton is just 12 minutes on any one of the plenty buses 109, 250, 159, 333, etc. Conveniemce to to all local amenities so plenty of restaurants, parks, local and supermarkets of M&S, Lidle, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Cooperatines. Banks etc. It is withhin close proximity of St. Georges Hospital and Kings College Hospital, May Day Hospital And Kingston hospital too so medical staff are welcome to rent. take care of my own tenants so no admin fees whatsoever.
