The double bedroom opens out onto the terrace. Tall ceilings, new double-glazed large sash windows, and wood flooring throughout. We also have a washing machine dryer. The apartment is located on a beautiful cul-de-sac next to St Johns church gardens. 5 min walk to Hackney Central overground and 10 min walk to Hackney Downs overground. It's very easy to reach Highbury and Islington (Victoria Line) and London Liverpool Street. There's lots of lovely cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars nearby, especially on Broadway market and Chatsworth Road which are short walks away. Looking for a clean and tidy single professional or couple to rent and care for our apartment whilst we are away. Just to note due to us having neighbours above and below us, our flat isn't suitable for having parties or playing loud music late at night. Available for viewings now.
