1 room house of 33m² in Hinckley and Bosworth

Hi I'm Kerrie! I'm looking for a house mate to occupy my house. Please note, whilst the house has two bedrooms, one will remain to be mine which will be locked. I will only be at the property once or twice every 2/3 weeks. The higher rent reflects my limited time at the house. The room will come furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, chair and hanging rail. Please note there is no TV at the property. Any lodger is welcome to bring one, but the TV licence must be purchased by whoever moves in in advance. My house has a shared bathroom with a toilet also available downstairs. The downstairs has an open plan living / kitchen area. All bills are included. I'm open to a house mate from any background. Smoking and drugs are not allowed. Any questions, please ask 😊
