$900 room for rent in La Mesa (by SDSU) available in December!*female ages 25-35 preferred, room is unfurnished, no pets allowed Hello, my three housemates and I will have an open room in La Mesa come December so we are looking for a fifth roommate! A little about us: My name is Halle and I moved here originally with my friend and other housemate, Perry. Our other two housemates we met through SpareRoom, Levon and Roy, and they’ve been with us for a year or two. We are all around 28 -31 and are usually working, sleeping, or visiting friends. Most days M-F our home is pretty quiet!Quick room/house info:you'll be sharing a fairly big bathroom with 2 othersRight now its 1 girl (me) and 3 guys in the house, we're all friendly, tolerant, and respectful of everyoneBedroom is an average size and you share a hallway/bathroom with two housematesWe’re fine with guests as long as everyone gives eachother a heads upNo pets- landlord rulesThe price of the room is $900 plus utilities (SDGE/Water/Internet) vary but combined usually isn’t more than $100 so I think it’s safe to say $1,000/month would likely be your total!We need one months rent ($900) as security deposit and the landlord requires a background check for I believe $40. We can connect and do an in person tour if interested! What we’re looking for:We want to put a heavy emphasis on clean! We're hoping to get someone who can maintain a clean space, the shared spaces, and is respectful of the house Mature (if you have issues with other roommates -talk to them! We can all handle criticism and recommendations here and it allows us to live more harmoniously when we discuss any issues!)On time- we dont do late rent so if you don't have your money right dont inquire please! I know the above may sound intense, but perry and I have lived here since 2018 and have seen and learned alot lol so I want to set everything straight from the jump to hopefully invite the right person in.
