1 room available in shared house - 3 minute walk to the coast Hi! I am a woman in my 30s and working full-time in tech, and I am looking for a nice roommate :) The house is spacious with lots of light, large windows with nature views, and the perfect location for nature lovers - a 3 minute walk and you're on the coast. I can honestly say this is my favorite home I've lived in..—----- About the place —-----1 bedroom is available; I am a renter in a 3-bedroom semi-detached house, and have a room available. The third bedroom is used as a shared guest bedroom / office. I have furnished the home, and the available bedroom is unfurnished. The house covers the ground and first floor, with access to a nice yard in front and a balcony from the first floor. The house is very central, with bus/train/bike options close at hand. It is also a 3-minute walk to the coast, and Godalen beach is only 7 minutes walking, and includes excellent BBQ / swimming opportunities including a diving board. You can keep walking along the coast for a beautiful hiking experience, hitting several beaches along the way and eventually end up at Tou Scene (30-minute walk).We split the electricity, which normally totals around 800kr in summer months and 1500kr in the coldest months. We also split the internet which totals about 860kr per month.—----- About me —-----I am a woman in my 30s and working full-time in tech. In my free time I enjoy being in nature with my doggos, reading, watching films, and hitting the town with my friends to enjoy arts and culture. In the house it is nice sometimes with peace and quiet, and other times with good music and a few friends over. I have two elderly dogs, both 14 years old (see photo). They are very calm and sweet, and friendly with people and animals alike. If you also have a pet, we would gladly check that the animals are happy together and that the landlord agrees to add them to the contract.It would be nice to chat and discuss what we both need for a harmonious living experience. I like a roommate culture where everybody talks in the common areas, cares about each other and the wellbeing of the home in general, always takes responsibility for their own usage of the home and the waste produced. I like open mindedness, live and let live, and open communication about what we all need to be happy in our living situation.
