1 room apartment of 63m² in Manchester

Looking for someone to take over the full contract as my circumstances have changed. You will be required to sign a minimum 12 month contract with the landlord and must be able to pass the reference check. Includes 1 underground parking with the price flat comes furnished however the sofa & dining table belongs to me. I have the landlords sofa and table in storage will be replaced this week & updated pictures will be uploaded, everything else apart from my paintings and tv on the wall is a part of the flat. 1 room has en-suite & the other has a separate bathroom. The view is lovely overlooking the canal. The neighbours are all super friendly Bills aren’t included but on average we spend £300 pcm
