This 2 bed and 1 bath flat is available from 01-Nov-25 to 31-Aug-26. My flatmate and I are taking a sabbatical and looking to rent out the entire flat (both rooms together). We are looking for clean and responsible individuals who will treat this place like home (couple/females preferred). Monthly rent is £2500 inc all bills/council tax. The flat is conveniently located between Kilburn and Queen’s Park station (Bakerloo/Overground). Both are within 8mins walk. On the Kilburn side, there are supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Aldi, M&S Food, Tesco Express) and local fruit stalls within 10 mins walk. On the Queen’s Park side, there are cute bakeries/restaurants, pubs, and a farmer’s market every Sunday.
