✨ Lease takeover in Balham✨ We’re looking for someone to takeover the lease for our 2-bed garden flat in Balham as we’re sadly moving due to a change in job location. The apartment has been recently renovated by our landlord and has two double bedrooms (~900 SF) & a private garden. The rent is fixed at £3,200 pcm for the remainder of the lease which runs to August 2026. We’re flexible on dates but ideally looking for someone who can move in between late September - mid October.
