This has been my home for the past 7 years but am moving elsewhere now so looking for tenants to look after it. It’s a first floor period Maisonette, I renovated it 7 years ago . There is an open Plan kitchen dining living area, bathroom with separate bath and shower and 2 double bedrooms. There is a Small private garden to the rear and street parking at the front, (doesn’t need a permit to park here) The rent doesn’t include bills - they total £200 per month for the whole flat for the council tax water and electricity It is a 17 min walk to Woolwich crossrail station and there is also a bus stop at the end of the road to take you into Woolwich centre Flat is available now and am looking for tenants preferably who could move in within a month as need to move into my new place. I am intending to keep it as a long term rental so also would welcome tenants who would like to stay there longer term At present i will only be considering tenants each with regular incomes or families This is not a HMO Rent is £1650 for 6 months or £1600 for 12 months. Preference will be given to those tenants who can stay for longer or who can move in sooner.
