2 rooms apartment of 41m² in City of Edinburgh

I have a 2 Bedroom flat available for short term let during September and October as I will be away traveling during these times. The flat is in Duddingston Mills which is a quiet area yet only 15mins on bus to Princess Street, 5 mins walk to Arthur Seat and 20 mins walk to Portobello beach. The flat has 2 double bedrooms, lounge, bathroom and kitchen and is fully furnished. Currently there is only 1 double bed but a new one will be installed soon. Ideally I'm looking to rent out the whole flat during this time however I can be flexible around this so feel free to ask any questions. All bills would be included. note - some photos may appear not aligned due to computer glitch. I plan to retake these.
