Hello, My Partner and I are going travelling in 2026 and we are looking to rent out our home whilst we are gone. The property will be available to rent for 11-12 months depending on the move in date. Available from January 12th, latest move in date January 29th. The property will be fully furnished but all our personal belongings will be removed. We absolutely love living here. The house is a stones throw away from Eastville park and Greenbank cemetery, both gorgeous places to go for a walk. The bus into town takes 10 minutes and is only a 3 minutes walk away. And, the property is only a 20 minute walk from Stapleton Rd train station. If you enjoy a pint, our favourite locals are The Star, The Greenbank or The Greyhound. We are preferably looking for a couple to move in. We will consider pets, providing they are adorable. Please drop me a message if you are interested or have any questions.
