The flat is around 1200 square feet with two double bedrooms with their own full piece bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony. It’s about a 7 minute all from Bermondsey tube station (jubilee line) and 13 minutes from South Bermondsey (national rail), as well as lots of buses that stop within a two minute walk of the flat. The flat has an intercom system for extra security. Really quiet area with really lovely neighbours. Things nearby include: - Spa terminus: a small area that has tons of specialised food stores (Greek deli, sausage and bacon specialist, fishmongers, organic produce, cheese specialists) and a wonderful bakery (Little Bread Pedlar) about a 2 minute walk away! - Bell and Sons butchers are just around the corner (my favourite in the city, really well priced) - Tesco Express 4 minutes away - Tesco superstore 20 minutes away - St James supermarket is open 24/7 and has a Turkish bakery and butchers inside, as well as great produce and spices and herbs. 4 mins away. - Maltby St market is open every weekend 15 mins walk away - Asian supermarket is about 12 minutes walk away - tons of food shops and restaurants just around the corner We’re looking for someone to take over the whole flat rather than two separate rooms.
