The Rato subway is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment, making it easy and carefree to get around the city center. ￫ Building The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with no elevator. ￫ Bedroom The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double bed, one with desk and balcony and the other with air conditioning and walking closet. ￫ Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms with shower. ￫ Living Room The living room is an open space with a dining table, has a flat screen TV, a cozy sofa and air conditioning. ￫ Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, and filter coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: ￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. - In the case of stays of less than 7 days, with the booking confirmation, the guest authorizes the owner's access to the apartment's kitchen on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons to deliver cleaning material or bed linen. The guest can request in advance to deliver such materials to be delivered on another day/time. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys.
