We are looking for 3 students to replace us for a 10-month tenancy under the Charters agency (previously Brand Vaughn.) The property is on Rose Hill Terrace, which splits off from London Road. We originally signed for a 52-week tenancy (until Aug 2027), however with the new Renter's Act this is now a rolling tenancy. The property comes with furnished bedrooms (desk, wardrobe, bed) and white goods such as a washing machine, freezer, etc. There is one large bedroom and 2 medium rooms, all of them feature a double bed with other furnishings. There is a spacious communal area downstairs, and there is a garden at the back of the property you can enter from the kitchen. Bills are all included (gas, water, electricity and TV licence). There is ability to get a permit for parking nearby (down the street or outside the house.) There is also maintenance available 24/7. It is close to shops on London Road, as well as bus stops nearby; and about a 15-20 minute walk to the City Campus for the University of Brighton. The deposit for the flat is equivalent to five week's rent, and the damage deposit was £900. Accessibility: The property requires stairs to enter, access the garden area, and the upstairs rooms. Cane users can still get-by within the property but a wheelchair is not able to access much of the house. The lighting is currently very warm-tinted, but bulbs can be changed freely to other ones if needed.
