4 rooms house of 274m² in Acacia Bay

We’re heading overseas from mid-April for five months and have three furnished rooms available in our modern 4-bedroom, 2-bath rural home in Acacia Bay.There is one tenant already confirmed, and the home will be shared by four people in total. This is a 5-month flatting arrangement. $290 per week per person, including power, internet, and household expenses.Located in a friendly gated community near walking tracks, L’Arte Café, Acacia Bay and Whakaipo Bay, it’s a peaceful spot with great access to the outdoors.We’re looking for respectful, reliable people who will enjoy a tidy, well-cared-for home. As this is a shared household, we’re hoping to find flatmates who are comfortable in a home that values Christian faith and lifestyle.
