It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the university and the city centre, and also just a 5 minute walk from Byker metro. The tenancy is starting on the 29th September and ends in August 2026. It has a really nice kitchen and a cosy living room and a little patio out the back area. It’s in a great area and is a nice little flat.
